Payments are to be made at registration by one of the following methods..
1) Pay Full Tuition Cash/Cheque/Visa/Mastercard Upfront and SAVE $20.00
2) Post-Dated Cheques (All cheques must be presented at registration)
3) Visa / Master Card
Payments are deposited on the 1st of each month (Sept-May).
NSF/ Late Payment
In the event of a returned cheque or late payment, you will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. If we do not receive a payment to cover the full outstanding amount within 30 days, your child will not be permitted to attend class until the account has been resolved.
Two weeks notice is required to stop tuition payment, it must be given to D.A.T.A by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Once a payment has been processed/deposited for the monthly tuition, no refund will be given for that month.
Registration/ Costume Fee
All students must pay a registration and costume deposit fee at the time of registration. Students are not guaranteed placement in a class until their registration and costume deposit fees are paid. These fees are non-refundable.
Registration Fee: $20.00
Costume Deposit Fee: $60.00 - $120.00 for 1.5 hour classes (2 costumes)
- Week Day Classes
To ensure that everyone is aware of class cancelations, please be sure to check your email or our website by 3pm that day. We will NOT always be cancelled when the schools are closed.
- Weekend Classes
To ensure that everyone is aware of class cancelations, please be sure to check your email or our website by 8am that morning. NOTE: If the weather is not bad in the morning but starts to worsen, an email will be sent out. We will also update our website, be sure to check an hour before your registered class time.
Parents are to use their sole discretion when debating to attend class, safety comes first! If a class gets cancelled, we can not guarantee a make up class.
