Keep your training strong all summer with our weekly Competitive Technique program. Designed exclusively for our competitive dancers, these classes focus on conditioning, flexibility, and technical precision while nurturing artistry and consistency. Divided into Mini/Junior and Intermediate/Senior levels, this program supports each dancer’s growth and confidence heading into the new season.

What days are classes, and what are the 5 weeks of dates? +
Classes run Tuesdays & Wednesdays for 5 weeks.

Who are the Summer Competitive Technique classes designed for? +
Designed exclusively for our competitive dancers who want to maintain momentum and keep progressing during the off-season. This program is ideal for dancers who value consistency, are open to coaching, and want to return to fall training stronger, more confident, and more technically prepared.

Classes are divided to keep training age-appropriate and effective:
  • Mini / Junior — fundamentals, safe strength building, and strong technical habits
  • Intermediate / Senior — deeper strength + control, higher technical demands, and performance quality
